On behalf of the faculty and staff at Thomas Jefferson Middle School I would like to take the opportunity welcome everyone Thomas Jefferson Middle School!
Research continues to demonstrate that students who are involved in co-curricular activities do better in school. There are many, many opportunities for them to explore their interests through the wide variety of clubs and organizations available at the middle school. This year we have those clubs which have been very popular over the years, such as: Chess, Kitchen, Art, Jazz Band, Show Choir, Yearbook, Eco, and more. There is something for nearly everyone.
Research also shows that students whose parents are actively involved in their education do especially well. Please continue to monitor the success of your children through Power School. Get involved whenever possible.
