Message from the Principal

  • Dear Saukville Elementary Families,

Happy summer! I hope you are enjoying the first moments of fresh air and sunshine. As I begin my time as the Saukville Elementary principal, I wanted to start by sharing how excited I am to join your school community. Throughout the interview process, and now orientation, I have been so impressed by the welcome I have received. I know we will get off to a great start and I look forward to getting to know each of you, as well.

While I am new to Saukville Elementary, I have several years of principal experience in my past. I am currently wrapping up my fourth year in the Holy Hill Area School District (formerly the Richfield School District), where I serve as the principal of Richfield Middle School. In the HHASD, I helped lead a team that consolidated two public school districts into one. Prior to the start of my principal career, I was a fourth grade teacher, dean of students, and instructional coach in the Wauwatosa School District. I feel confident my past experiences will help me serve you as Saukville Elementary principal.

At home, my wife Amanda and I have enjoyed quite a few new changes recently. We moved to Cedarburg in October of 2018 and love the local communities we are now a part of. Together we have a daughter, Lauren (3) and a son JJ (1). Although life at home can be hectic and messy, we’re thankful to be healthy and happy.

I officially begin my role as Saukville Elementary principal on July 1st.  My PWSSD email is open and I am meeting with the Saukville staff already.  Please keep an eye out for updates this summer and I can’t wait to meet you!

    Best Wishes,

    Jeff Carron
