Before & After School Care Openings Available!

The Feith Family Ozaukee YMCA has openings in our School Age Care Program at all three PWSSD elementary schools.

The YMCA is a licensed program that provides a safe, engaging, and convenient option for families who need care before and/or after school. Children enjoy enriching activities, homework support, active play, and opportunities to connect with friends in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Space is available now, so we encourage families to register as soon as possible.

September is Attendance Awareness Month. A great reminder that every school day matters! 💯

Strong attendance helps students stay connected to their learning, classmates, teachers, and school community.

Families can help build strong attendance habits by establishing consistent morning and bedtime routines, scheduling appointments outside the school day when possible, planning ahead for transportation, and communicating with the school when challenges arise.

Our TJMS staff is ready to kick off an amazing school year! We’re excited to welcome our 5th graders tomorrow and our 6th–8th graders on Wednesday. We’re ready. We’re together. And we’re excited to make this a great year for our Jaguars! 🐾 One Pride. One Purpose. Let’s go, TJMS!

Get ready for the start of the 2026-27 school year! Here is a reminder of our schedule for the first week of school.

➡️ Tuesday, September 1: First day of school for 5th grade students at TJMS. It is also the first day for 9th grade students at PWHS, who will attend a full day. Students in 10th-12th grade will begin at 11:15am, with doors opening at 10:45am.

➡️ Wednesday, September 2: All students will attend a full day, with no 4K Group B.

➡️ Thursday, September 3: All students will attend a full day, with no 4K Group A.

We are looking forward to welcoming our students back and beginning another great school year! 🎉
