🎉 Each school will have its own Homecoming dress up days, giving everyone a chance to show their school spirit! Be sure to check your school’s website for all details.
Kicking off the week on Sunday, October 4:

➡️ 4:00pm: Powder Puff games under the lights
Monday, October 5:

Thursday, October 8:
➡️ 4:00pm: Cross Country Invite

➡️ 4:15pm: Homecoming Parade along downtown Main Street, from Cousins to Jackson Street
➡️ Immediately after the parade: Tailgate at the high school

➡️ 7:00pm: High School Dance

Congratulations to two outstanding PWSSD educators! On August 19, Harmony Kroeger and Sarah Riemer celebrated a major professional milestone by earning their National Board Certification and attending the pinning ceremony at the Governor’s Mansion in Madison, WI.

Choosing the right backpack and wearing it correctly can go a long way toward keeping students comfortable and injury-free. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
✅ Use both strapssingle-shoulder carrying puts uneven strain on the body
✅ Keep the total load to 10-15% of your child's body weight
✅ Pack heavier items closest to the back
✅ Straps should be snug but not too tight
✅ Regularly remove items that do not need to be there

Before & After School Care Openings Available!
The Feith Family Ozaukee YMCA has openings in our School Age Care Program at all three PWSSD elementary schools.
The YMCA is a licensed program that provides a safe, engaging, and convenient option for families who need care before and/or after school. Children enjoy enriching activities, homework support, active play, and opportunities to connect with friends in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Space is available now, so we encourage families to register as soon as possible.
